Attack Moves and Handles A

Attack Moves and Handles A is for players grades 4th - 6th. Players will focus on various ball handling drills designed to translate to competitive situations and games, as well as understanding effective ways of attacking the basket, creating contact, absorbing contact, and finishing with ease. This class will also incorporate work on footwork and developing a midrange package. Players will divided into groups based on age and skill level upon arrival.
