Shooting Lab A

Shooting Lab A is for Intermediate - Advanced level players grades 4th - 6th. The Shooting Lab is designed to help players work on various shooting skills such as shooting quickly off the catch and off the dribble in rhythm with perfect form and great balance. Players will have the opportunity to use the Shooting Gun (at the coach’s discretion) and will be tracked from week to week as the trainers work to improve shooting accuracy and overall shooting percentage from various area on the court.
